210-Mile Coast to Coast

Same price as last year plus includes shirt this year! (we’ll have an assortment of sizes and men’s/women’s cuts so just grab one at check-in). Includes water bottle too, plus most riders will earn finisher awards. Looking at other 100-mile races in the Midwest, the average price is closer to $140 (you do tend to get more stuff in some of those races).

$115 June 3 – June 19, 2019

You can change registration information for the 100 Mile race here or sign in to your BikeReg account..

  • A parent or guardian must sign the online waiver for kids 17 and under. Minimum age for both races is 15 years as of race day. Exceptions may be granted.
  • Military service discount: If you are serving or have served in the military, email us years and location of service for a 5% off discount code.

You may transfer in a replacement right up until registration closes at no charge using the BikeReg registration system. You arrange payment through PayPal, etc.

If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration. Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email.

If you did not create an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.

You must email us if you are transferring after registration closes (after Wednesday of race week). We would much prefer to handle transfers by midnight Wednesday of race week if at all possible.

Drop Downs to the 100-Mile Coast Loop
If you registered for the 210 and need to drop down to the 100, we will provide a $30 credit that you can use for online merchandise to be picked up at check-in or for next year’s race. Contact us. Most races don’t do this, but we recognize the difference in cost between the two races is significant. If we were to give a full credit, a lot of racers would just sign up for the 210 and we’d have large numbers dropping down just before the race, causing planning and financial havoc.

Virtually no races provide a deferment of any kind and many do not allow transfers. Please find a transfer if at all possible (consider offering them a small discount; you arrange payment with person transferring in). Consider purchasing race insurance through BikeReg (review refund stipulations) if you have any doubts about doing the race. If you absolutely cannot find a transfer and it’s getting close to the race, contact us and we may provide a partial deferment credit that must be used the following year.

Full refunds are only available in the case of a death in the family or military duty.

Severe Weather Policy
Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather or any emergency situation. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but refunds are not available if it is cancelled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race. In all likelihood, we would adjust start and finish times to dodge bad weather. If you encounter severe weather during your ride, definitely seek shelter!
