Registration closes EOD Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Changes are allowed online through EOD Sunday, June 19. You can change registration information here or sign in to your BikeReg account. Beyond June 19, use the Contact page to request a change.
Minimum age 15 years. Exceptions may be granted if adult supervised.
You may transfer in a replacement at no charge using the BikeReg registration system. You arrange payment through PayPal, etc.
If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration. Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email.
If you did not create an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.
Please try to get changes made via your BikeReg account before Monday of race week. Changes are allowed after that, but you must email us.
Drop Downs to the 100-Mile Coast Loop
Drop downs are allowed right up until race day. Ideally, decide this before Monday of race week so you can do it via your BikeReg account. After that, email us. No credit/refund can be given, same as almost all other races.
60 days out or more: 100% cash back with $10 per person administrative fee OR 100% credit
30-60 days out: 50% cash back OR 100% credit
15-30 days out: 25% cash back OR 100% credit
6-14 days out: 75% credit (ends Sunday at midnight of race week)
Week of race: no credit except for special circumstances
Race credits are good until the end of the following calendar year.
Full cash refunds are available for merchandise that has not been ordered. Otherwise, returns will be in the form of a credit to your BikeReg account.
Full cash refunds are available in the case of a death in the family or military duty.
Event Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of COVID, extended severe weather or other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but refunds are not available if it is cancelled or rescheduled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning. If it is cancelled or you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, we will provide a generous credit (the amount determined by the financial impact on the long-term health of the race) that can be used for Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder, Lord of the Springs or any Michigan Adventure Race in the TWO years following the race year. ending Dec. 31 of the second full year.
In the event of a severe weather, we will postpone the race (before start or during) until conditions improve. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event.
