The races will be capped at 500 registrants per race. The cap does not apply to women to encourage as many as possible to do the race.

Changes are allowed through Sunday, June 16. You can change registration information here or sign in to your BikeReg account. Please make your changes by then.
Minimum age 16 years. Exceptions may be granted.
You may transfer in a replacement at no charge using the BikeReg registration system. You arrange payment with your replacement on your own. Please get changes made via your BikeReg account before Monday of race week.
If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration. Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email.
If you did not create an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.
Drop Downs to the 100-Mile Coast Loop
Drop downs are allowed right up until race day. Ideally, decide this before Monday of race week so you can do it via your BikeReg/Outside Interactive account. After that, email us. No credit/refund can be given but you still get to race… and the 100-mile course is great!
- Email us if you need to cancel. If 60 days or more, let us know which option you prefer.
- Credits and refunds do not include registration fees which are charged by BikeReg/Outside Interactive registration company.
- Race credits are good until the end of the following calendar year.
- Refunds are available in the case of a death in the family, military duty.
- Full cash refunds are available for merchandise that we have not already ordered for you. Otherwise, returns will be in the form of a credit to your BikeReg account.
60 days out or more: 100% cash back with $20 per person administrative fee OR 100% credit for next year
30-60 days out: 50% cash back OR 85% credit for next year
15-30 days out: 25% cash back OR 70% credit for next year
6-14 days out: 50% credit for next year
Week of race: no credit except for special circumstances
Event Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather, pandemic or other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but refunds are not available if it is cancelled or rescheduled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning. If it is cancelled or you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, we will provide a partial credit of our determination (the amount determined by the financial impact on the long-term health of the race) that can be used for Coast to Coast Gravel Grinder, Lord of the Springs or any Michigan Adventure Race up until and including the following year’s race.
In the event of severe weather before the start or during the event, we will postpone the race until conditions improve. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event and no refunds are available in this case.
