Race Date: June 26, 2027

Minimum age 15 years. Exceptions may be granted.
Capacity limit: 500 men for each distance (unlimited women to encourage more to participate)

• 5% off military service (past or present), fire, police, and EMT with code protectandserve5p.
• $50 off 200-miler and $25 off 100-miler for youth 17 and under, automatically applied.

Changes are allowed through about June 18. You can change registration information here or sign in to your BikeReg account.  Please make your changes by then. To cancel your registration or JDRF support, contact us.

Transfers

You may transfer in a replacement at no charge using the BikeReg registration system. You arrange payment with your replacement on your own. Please get changes made via your BikeReg account before Monday of race week.

If you created an account. Find the link in your email confirmation or sign in to your registration. Click on Transfer to the right of My Upcoming Events. Enter in the email address of the person receiving the transfer and click the button again. Once the email has been sent, the person receiving the transfer will need to go through the checkout process to receive the transferred registration, even though there is no charge. Once the transfer is successful the original participant will receive a confirmation email.

If you did not create an account. Go to the registration page and click “Contact Event” under the event name. Click on the Trying to Edit or Transfer Your Entry green box. On the next page, enter the email address that was used to register. An email will be sent to that address with a link to the page where edits and transfers can be made.

Drop Downs to the 100-Mile Coast Loop

Drop downs are allowed right up until race day. Ideally, decide this before Monday of race week so you can do it via your BikeReg/Outside Interactive account. After that, email us. No credit/refund can be given but you still get to race… and the 100-mile course is great!

Cancellation Policy

• Email us if you need to cancel.
• Let us know if you prefer cash back or credit. See below.
• Credits and refunds do not include registration fees which are charged by BikeReg registration company.
• Race credits are good 13 months after race date.
• Refunds are available in the case of a death in the family, military duty, or significant financial hardship such as a lost job or major medical expense.
• Refunds are available on merchandise you purchased except for the dated race shirt if it has already been ordered (two weeks before the race). You may pick up your race shirt at the race. We will not ship it to you.
• If you take a credit/cash refund or don’t show up at the race, you forfeit your right to the free stuff (swag). We sell remaining swag to late registrants who did not get it or give it away to volunteers.
• If you purchased race insurance (e.g., Allianz Registration Protection via BikeReg), contact them to inquire about possible reimbursement.

Refund Policy & Schedule

• 60 days out or more: 100% cash back minus $20 administrative fee OR 100% credit for next year
• 30-60 days out: 50% cash back OR 80% credit for next year
• 15-30 days out: 25% cash back OR 60% credit for next year
• 6-14 days out: 50% credit for next year
• Week of race: no credit except for special circumstances

Event Cancellation or Reschedule Policy

Race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in the case of extended severe weather, pandemic or other emergency. We will do everything possible to get the event in, but refunds are not available if it is cancelled due to significant costs we must pay in advance of the race (e.g., insurance, permits, vendor deposits, advertising, graphic design, etc.) along with hundreds of hours of planning.

In the event of severe weather before the start or during the event, we will postpone the race until conditions improve. We reserve the right to pull participants from the course for safety reasons. If you decide to continue, this is at your own risk and you must remove your race number plate before continuing on. Extended severe weather may result in cancellation of the event and no refunds are available in this case.
